Chinyere Mildred Okafor is a distinguished legal practitioner and leading advocate for the rights and protection of women and children. She is the Founder and driving force behind the Lady Appolonia Ngwanma Anyanwu Women Advocacy Center (LANA), a non-governmental organization at the forefront of combating domestic violence, advancing gender equality, and providing free, high-quality legal representation to indigent women.
With extensive expertise in family law, child rights, and dispute resolution, Chinyere has earned a reputation for delivering strategic, results-driven legal interventions in complex and sensitive matters. Her work is defined not only by securing critical reliefs—such as maintenance, custody, and protection orders—but by designing and executing robust enforcement frameworks that ensure judgments translate into real, measurable outcomes.

She brings a proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth, transforming underperforming teams, and delivering exceptional results in highly competitive markets.
Her expertise lies in building and leading high-performing, inclusive teams, with a strong focus on supporting SMEs, women entrepreneurs, and youth-led ventures. Throughout her career, she has successfully facilitated access to significant funding opportunities, empowered small businesses to scale, and strengthened financial inclusion across diverse communities.
Esomchi’s achievements include leading strategic turnarounds that restored profitability within record timeframes, driving substantial growth in SME portfolios, and supporting the expansion of investment and customer bases valued in the millions of dollars.

Okechi Ihuka Ejimofor is a highly respected educationist and accomplished school administrator with over 31 years of distinguished service in teaching and educational leadership. As a serving Principal of a secondary school, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in academic development, institutional leadership, and the holistic formation of young people.
Beyond her professional career, she is a committed community leader with a strong track record in women and youth empowerment. She has spearheaded impactful initiatives, including providing interest-free financial support to women entrepreneurs and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for young people through structured empowerment programs.
Her dedication to service extends to faith-based and community engagements, where she contributes to initiatives that promote strong family values, social responsibility, and community development.
